Shipping & Delivery Policy

Production & Dispatch Times All Golflands artwork is made to order to ensure the highest print and framing quality.

  • Unframed Fine Art Prints: Produced and dispatched in 2–4 business days.

  • Framed Art Prints: Professionally framed and dispatched in 3–6 business days.

Regional Fulfillment (Local Printing & Shipping) To ensure fast delivery, minimal transit risk, and zero import duties, we utilize regional fulfillment partners. Your order is printed, framed, and shipped as locally as possible:

  • New Zealand orders are produced and shipped from Auckland, NZ.

  • Australian orders are produced and shipped from Victoria / NSW, Australia.

  • United States orders are produced and shipped within the Continental USA.

  • Canadian orders are produced and shipped within Canada.

Estimated Transit Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • New Zealand (Standard): 2–5 business days (Urban) / 3–7 business days (Rural)

  • Australia (Standard): 3–6 business days

  • United States (Standard): 3–6 business days

  • Canada (Standard): 4–8 business days

Please note: Transit times are estimates provided by shipping couriers and do not include initial production times.

Shipping Rates & Packaging

  • Unframed Prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy, heavy-duty protective mailing tubes.

  • Framed Prints are securely packaged with reinforced corner covers and specialized transit boxing.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and frame selection.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been printed, framed, and dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your courier tracking number.

Damaged in Transit If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of both the damaged packagingand the damaged print/frame, and contact us within 30 days at golflands.art@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
