Custom Made Items & Change of Mind
Because every piece of Golflands art is custom printed and framed to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind.

Artwork Accuracy & Disclaimers
We take great pride in our designs and make every effort to ensure our golf course maps are true to the course. However, golf courses frequently undergo renovations, and tee distances or hole layouts can change over time. Our artwork is meticulously created based on the best public information available at the time of design. As such, we cannot accept liability or offer returns/refunds for any minor inaccuracies, changes to the course layout, yardages, or routing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our printing and framing. If your order arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing fault, or is not the piece you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

How to Report an Issue
To report a damaged or faulty item, please email us at golflands.art@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage, fault, or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Resolution
Once we receive and verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be manufactured and shipped to you at no additional cost, or we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How are the artworks printed?

Each map is produced on enhanced matte 230gsm, a luxurious flat matte surface with sharp detail and high color saturation, using quality inks for a crisp detail and lasting color.
Can I request a specific golf course to be mapped?

Yes, if a course you love isn't yet available, you can request it. If you're interested in commissioning a course, let's chat.
What frames are available?

Handcrafted wooden frames available in white, black, or natural finish.
When will I get my order?

Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 7-10 business days. Delivery generally takes 2-3 days once shipped.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. Designed in New Zealand and printed on demand in your region.
Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide to New Zealand, Australia, the United States, and Canada.
Can I order a different size or frame colour that isn't listed?

Yes, if you'd like a different size or another frame color, get in touch through our contact form. Custom requests are often possible and we'll be happy to provide a quote.
Do you offer unframed prints?

Yes! All our golf maps are available as unframed prints only, carefully rolled and shipped in protective packaging ready for you to frame locally.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?

In the rare case of damage during shipping, contact us right away with photos and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
